How does the process of checking in to the apartment look like?
Very simple: first of all you choose the apartment that you like, and then you make an arrangement with one of our representatives over the phone, and arrive at the apartment. There you will be greeted by one of representatives of the CenterKiev Apartments Company, who will help you to settle in. Or you can arrive at our office, which is located in city of Kiev,12b, Mikhailovskaya Street (4 th floor, right side). There you can choose an appropriate apartment, make all the payments and get the keys.
What do I need to have with me in order to get in to the apartment?
You need to have a passport or any other document with a picture in it, which can verify your identity.
Is the cost of the apartment final, or I might have to pay any additional fees?
Cost is final. CenterKiev Apartments Company offers you rent of the apartments without any commissions. You pay only the cost for the rent.
What is included in the price of daily apartment rentals?
Use of all of the properties and facilities located in the apartment.
Does the apartment have clean linens, dishes and TV set?
Yes, all of the apartments offered by the CenterKiev Apartments are fully equipped with all of the needed household appliances, utensils, clean linens and towels.
If we are renting the apartment for a long period of time, do you clean it and exchange the linens?
Of course, every 4 days our maid cleans the apartment and changes the linens
What kind of electrical appliancesare included in the apartment?
Each apartment has kitchen appliances: microwave oven, refrigerator, stove. Also each apartment includes vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, washing machine and iron with ironing board, as well as the DVD player, and possibly internet connection. Almost everywhere there is an air conditioning and heater. In the luxury apartment you might have whirlpool and dishwasher. In the description of every apartment there is a list of all of the appliances.
Howdoyoudetermine 24 hours?
From the 12:00 (noon) of the current day to the 12:00 of the next day, regardless of the check in time.
Do you have an internet connection in your apartments?
Yes, but you would have to pay for its use - $3.00 a day.
Do you rent apartments on a daily basis on New Years?
Yes, but only if you are checking in for not less than three days. Price for the New Year night is doubled.
