Check in time from 14:00pm (noon), checkout - before 11:00.
Check in and checkout times are subject to changes with prior agreement. If you are checking in or checking out not at the agreed time, you may be subject to additional costs. In order to check into the apartment, you would need to come to our office, which is located at 12b, Mikhailovskaya str. (4th floor, right side). Street, pay for your stay and take the keys. You can also come to the apartment and meet our representative, and that is possible only if you are checking in at noon. 

Preview of the apartment

Our website offers preview of all the available apartments, as well as the map of the location. If you would like to actually see the apartment, it is possible only when no one is occupying it, or at the time of cleaning.
In order to inspect apartment in advance you need to schedule a time with one of our representatives.

Exchange of the apartment

Sometimes you might get in to the situation where you need to exchange an apartment (for example: lack of hot water or electricity). You can also exchange the apartment for a technical reason (for example: booked by you apartment became uninhabitable).
In those cases our representative will offer you an equal or better class apartment, without raising a price.

You can pay for your stay in one of our apartments through the bank, over the internet, while checking in, or stop by our office in order to do that. More information about payment is here.
Checkout time is before noon of the day, which you have already paid for. If you are checking out later, but before 18:00 pm, then you have to pay for half a day. If you are checking out later than 18:00 pm, you are obligated to pay for the entire day.

Price for your stay is calculated according to the above time frame, regardless of the check in time.
It is best to pay for your entire stay with one payment; however you can also pay on a day by day basis.
(all the payments have to be made in advance).

If parole apartment that is paid earlier period, the payment for the remaining term of residence is returned with less pay for two days.

We want to suggest that you carefully plan your trip ahead of time, before booking a place to stay.  We do not make reservations for anything less than a day, and on holidays, for anything less than two days.

If reservation is canceled our company will suffer a financial loss, that is why, if you will want to annul your reservation less than a day prior to arrival, the deposit will be lost. If you would want to annul your reservation four days prior to arrival, you will get back only 30% of the deposit.

Safety and security

Most of the apartments include the alarm system or armored door. However our company is not responsible for any and all personal risks. If you lost or missing some kind of a personal belongings, you have to:

•  Contact the police by dialing 102 from the phone, which is located in your apartment;
•  Notify one of our representatives;
• Get a proper document from the police department in regards to the missing items in order to get reimbursement from the insurance company (if you were insured).

We urge you not to invite strangers into the apartment, and under no circumstances give out keys from the apartment.

Rules on the living conditions

• Cost of the apartment includes use of all of the appliances in it, however there are a number of restrictions mandated by law:
• Smoking is allowed only on the balcony;
• Loud noise is prohibited after 22:00 pm (listening to the loud music, watching loud TV, screaming and yelling);
• Carrying and storing of flammable items, explosive and other substances that can cause damage to property is strictly prohibited;
• Carrying and storing of drugs, firearms, as well as prostitution and other illegal activities in the apartments rented trough CenterKiev Apartments company is strictly prohibited;
• Rearranging of the furniture and any and all changes in the design of the apartment is strictly prohibited.
